The amount of paid vacation is determined by years of service:
1yr. of Full-Time Employment = 1 Week
3yrs. of Full-Time Employment = 2 Weeks
5yrs. of Full-Time Employment = 3 Weeks
After completing 90 days of continuous service, full-time employees are eligible to begin earning paid personal time.
You have the opportunity to earn 6 hours of personal time per month, based on your paid hours.
After 90 days of full -time employment,
