more than $30,000 at the 20th Anniversary of Cleveland’s Finest

Terrace Club at Progressive Field in Cleveland, where a true “Dream Team” of
Cleveland’s top chefs and restaurants showcased their most popular hors

Woods with his Seared Scallops and Citrus Risotto and Chef Marlon Mayorga
of Corleones’s, who featured a Pan
Seared Scallop with Italian Chili Risotto for tying for First Place. Second place honors went to Chef Jim Bartko
of Carrie Cerino’s with his Blue Foot
White Shrimp Cake and Mango Salsa.
Finishing third was Chef Fabio Salerno of Lago and Town Hall, with his New Zealand Lamb Lollipop and
Blueberry Frangelico Sauce.
