Our Lady of the Wayside provides residential, respite, transportation and day programming services for 600 children and adults with developmental disabilities. Staff provides assistance
24-hours-a-day/7-days-a-week. NEW HOME, Middleburg Heights, Behavior Support Manager - Under limited supervision, the Behavior Support Manager supervises the daily activities of the assigned home(s), trains, schedules, evaluates, and supervises the Behavior Support staff. The BSM provides hands on services for individuals with various developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses and severe behavioral issues in accordance with their individual needs in achieving social, emotional and behavioral goals.

NEW HOME Middleburg Heights, Behavior Support Professional(s) - Under limited supervision, the Behavior Support Professionals provide hands on services to individuals with various developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses and severe behavioral issues in accordance with their individual needs in achieving social, emotional and behavioral goals. (*A minimum of (1) year experience working with individuals with disabilities required)

NEW HOME Middleburg Heights, Behavior Intervention Specialist(s) - Under limited supervision, the Behavior Support Professionals provide hands on services to individuals with various developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses and severe behavioral issues in accordance with their individual needs in achieving social, emotional and behavioral goals. (*A minimum of (1) year experience working with individuals with disabilities required)

**NEW HOME Brunswick, Direct Support Professional(s) - Under limited supervision, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct care in the consumer's home and provides a quality of life through residential services based on individual consumer's needs, and the service plan developed for that person.

Driver - Transportation Staff - Provides transportation, in an agency vehicle, for individuals with Developmental Disabilities to and from various activities, including appointments and day programs.

Licensed Practical Nurse - Under general supervision, the Licensed Nurse assists with the medical care and treatment of residents as it relates to health and safety.

Adult Program Specialist - Assists consumers in experiencing all phases of the Pathways Program, both on-site and off-site including transportation, event participation, learning, re-learning programs and socialization opportunities. 

Direct Support Manager - Under limited supervision, the Direct Support Manager supervises the daily activities of the assigned home(s), trains, schedules, evaluates and supervises the Direct Support Professionals (DSP). The DSM provides services for consumers and maintains a proactive relationship and frequent contact with Family/Guardians to assure the quality and effectiveness of program objectives.

Direct Support Professional- Under limited supervision, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct care in the consumer's home and provides a quality of life through residential services based on individual consumer's needs, and the service plan developed for that person. 

Behavior Support Professional - Under limited supervision, the Behavior Support Professional provides services to individuals with various developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses and severe behavioral issues in accordance with their individual needs in achieving social, emotional and behavioral goals. (*A minimum of  (1) year experience working with individuals with disabilities required)

Behavior Intervention Specialist - Under limited supervision, the Behavior Intervention Specialist provides services to individuals with various developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses and severe behavioral issues in accordance with their individual needs in achieving social, emotional and behavioral goals. (*Bachelor’s Degree      required)
