Thanks to everyone who came out for a beautiful day of golf and supported our Amateur Golf Championship on August 16th at Lake Forest Country Club. Great golf and great friends made for a fantastic event for Our Lady of the Wayside.
As we move forward this year the agency is introducing two new program areas. The first will include moving more directly into the field of autism. We will add an “after School” program for local children and young adults with high functioning autism . This disability affects 1 out of every 91 children and there is a growing need for services of this kind.
